Meet Eron Jaskow – Founder of Encore Events Wedding Planning & Coordination

Eron Jaskow launched Encore Events in 2017, blending her passion for the event industry with her extensive background in hospitality. With years of experience managing hotel banquets, events, and catering at a high-end restaurant, Eron’s journey back to wedding planning was a natural evolution. Her entrepreneurial spirit and previous small business ventures laid the foundation for her success, while her self-employed experiences shaped her resilience and personal growth.

In addition to running Encore Events, Eron also owns a charming B&B, The Stirling House B&B in Kelowna, B.C. where client comfort and exceptional service remain top priorities. Across every industry she’s touched, Eron has built a reputation for fostering meaningful client relationships—an aspect she considers the cornerstone of her work.
